How can I add custom code into my branded platform? 

Sometimes, you want to add code to adjust styles or run scripts, like a custom chatbot, to connect with users or update your branding colors. You can achieve this by adding custom code to the platform.

1. Click on Settings from the left sidebar.

2. Select the Integrations tab.

3. Find the Custom Code block and click on Add Custom Code.

4. Add your custom code, whether style or script and click Submit.


Note: The code will be applied to your agency domain.
