1. Click on  Pages from the left sidebar.
2. From the Pages, click on the Add Pages button at the top right.

2. Select Start from Scratch from the list of templates.

3. On the created page, click on the large plus sign.

4. Under the Built-in tab in the System category, choose the System Message Page style you prefer.

5. Set the mode according to your preferences.

6.  Please update the page by modifying the error code, title, and description. Also, make sure to update the link according to your preferences. You can use "/" in the URL of the call-to-action to redirect users to the home page.

7. Publish your page!
