How refunds work at Lindo.ai

Try Lindo.ai before you pay
Every paid plan on Lindo.ai is built on top of the same platform you can already explore on our free tier. You can create a workspace, generate drafts, preview templates, test integrations, and get a real feel for whether Lindo.ai fits your workflow — without entering a card.
Because you can try everything up front, we do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions by default. Upgrades take effect at the time of purchase, and paid plans are billed for the period you signed up for.
Campaign or promotion-specific refunds
Sometimes we run promotions — seasonal launches, referral credits, or loyalty offers — that come with their own refund terms. When a campaign includes a refund window, the exact terms are listed on the campaign page and in the confirmation email you receive at checkout. Those terms are the ones we honor for that purchase.
If you are unsure whether a campaign-specific window applies to your order, email us and we will check.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing page in your workspace. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your workspace stays on the paid plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Annual plans remain active until the end of the annual term.
After the paid period ends, your workspace automatically switches back to the free tier — no data is deleted and you can come back to any paid plan whenever you want.
Credit packs and add-ons
Prepaid credits and optional add-ons are non-refundable once the order is completed and the credits are available in the workspace. This is because credits become usable immediately and can be spent right away.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Duplicate payments, charges you did not authorize, or billing errors are always refunded. Just email us with the invoice number and we will resolve it within a couple of business days.

Questions about billing or refunds? Email support@lindo.ai from the address on the account and include your workspace name and the invoice number. We reply within 2 business days, and we will always talk things through before a dispute goes further.
