Accessing Website CRM

  1. Open your website in the editor
  2. Click the CRM tab

CRM Structure

Customers Tab

Left panel shows customer list:
  • Customer name/email
  • Search input
  • Add Customer button
Right panel shows selected customer details.

Billing Tab

View all invoices for this website:
  • Invoice list
  • Invoice details
  • Payment status

Customer Details

When you select a customer:

Info Section

  • Name
  • Email
  • Company
  • Notes
  • Update/Delete buttons

Billing Summary

  • Total Billed
  • Outstanding
  • Paid

Billing History

  • Past invoices
  • Payment status
  • Actions (copy link, download, refund)

Subscriptions

  • Active subscriptions
  • Subscription management
