Switch to a lower tier plan.

Before Downgrading

Consider what you’ll lose:
  • Features not in lower plan
  • Higher limits
  • Team members (may need to remove)
  • Clients (may exceed new limit)

Open Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar.

Go to Plans & Billing

Select the Plans & Billing tab.

Click Downgrade

Find the downgrade option.

Select New Plan

Choose your new plan.

Confirm

Acknowledge changes and confirm.

What Happens

When you downgrade:
  • Takes effect at billing cycle end
  • Features removed at that time
  • Data preserved (within limits)
  • Lower rate applies

Preparing to Downgrade

  1. Export important data
  2. Remove excess team members
  3. Archive excess websites
  4. Notify affected users

  • Plan ahead
  • Export before downgrading

  • Can upgrade again later
