Workspace CRM is the client management system for agencies and resellers who manage multiple clients.

Purpose

If you run a web design agency or resell Lindo.ai services, Workspace CRM helps you:
  • Organize client information
  • Track client websites
  • Manage credit allocation
  • Handle billing and invoices

Availability

Workspace CRM is available on:
  • Elite plan ($300/mo)
  • Reseller plan ($2,000/mo)

Accessing Workspace CRM

  1. Click CRM in the sidebar
  2. The CRM modal opens

CRM Structure

Clients Tab

Left panel shows your client list:
  • Client avatar (initials)
  • Client email
  • Search input to filter
Right panel shows selected client details.

Billing Tab

View all invoices across all clients:
  • Invoice list on left
  • Invoice details on right

Client Details

When you select a client, you see five tabs:

Info Tab

  • Name, email, company
  • Notes (internal comments)
  • Website limit setting
  • Agentic Mode toggle
  • Delete and Update buttons

Websites Tab

  • All websites owned by this client
  • Quick access to edit each site

Credits Tab

  • Monthly credit allocation
  • Usage progress bar
  • Reset date
  • Allocation history
  • Add/update credits buttons

Billing Tab

  • Billing summary (total, outstanding, paid)
  • Create Invoice button
  • Invoice history table

Subscriptions Tab

  • Active subscriptions
  • Create Subscription button
  • Subscription management
