The Domain tab guides you through connecting a custom domain to your workspace.

Accessing

  1. Click Settings in sidebar
  2. Select White Label
  3. Click Domain tab

Domain Setup Wizard

The wizard walks you through:

Enter Domain

Enter your main domain:
  • Example: youragency.com
  • Don’t include www or https

Configure Subdomains

Set up three subdomains:
  • WebApp: app.youragency.com (where clients log in)
  • Websites: sites.youragency.com (where websites are hosted)
  • Email: mail.youragency.com (for email sending)

Add DNS Records

Add required records to your DNS provider:
  • CNAME records for subdomains
  • TXT record for verification

Verify Connection

Check that DNS is properly configured:
  • Status shows connected/not connected
  • May take up to 48 hours to propagate

Status Indicators

  • Connected - Domain is working
  • Pending - Waiting for DNS propagation
  • Not Connected - DNS not configured correctly

Tips

  • Use a domain you own
  • DNS changes take time
  • Keep default subdomains if unsure
  • Contact support if stuck
